We worked with a very nice couple to get everything out of their 5 Points home so they could list the property. They had lived there for several decades. They moved into a much smaller home in the same area. This project involved filling 2 dumpsters, using our College Helpers on multiple visits to clear out 3 Attics, a large basement, 2 houses and a few storage rooms that were on the property. In addition we helped them box up items that they wanted to keep. We had our preferred Movers move them and Habitat for Humanity piked up many items.
Joe, texted me at the end of the project: "Thanks to you and your crew the house is empty and my wife is still talking to me!" I think that is a huge success.

The first of this year my husband and I decided to move to an apartment in an independent living apartment due to declining health. We moved from 2000 square feet to 950. I have to confess, I am a clutterer. My house is impossible to clean properly because I hold on to too much stuff. It's not junk. It's nice stuff and antiques. It's collectibles.
I searched for someone to help me sort and, frankly, motivate me to do it. Simple Solutions has Adele. She is well educated and helped me go through so many boxes. I was motivated.
Adele's pricing is very reasonable in comparison to other organizers. Once you hire her, she can do as little as 2 hour intervals. You know how emotionally draining this process can be. Adele knows how to read you and tell you when maybe you're ready to take a break or stop for the day.
One of my needs is someone to take items I have chosen to get rid of out of my house right away. I don't want a yard sale or to sell online. Just get them gone. My brother did this job for me very efficiently. However, he has cancer and cannot do that job.

Your work on getting Mom’s house ready to sell was invaluable and we could not have done it without you. On a short fuse, you were able to arrange getting a house- and attic full of furniture and the general collections of 50 years of things cleaned out, donated to good causes, sold, and otherwise disposed of. This was a godsend to my mother, who could not have handled all that coordination herself, and to me and my sisters, all of whom live some distance away and would have had great difficulty trying to coordinate all that long-distance.
Without your assistance “on the ground” to source all the various jobs and arrange to meet and oversee the process with movers, charities, purchasers, cleaners, service people, etc., we never could have done it. Moreover, you exhibited grace under pressure, handling a multitude of tasks and some surprises under difficult conditions and making it all work on the time frame we needed. My sister hired Adele and her company, Simple Solution Organizing, right after our mother had a stroke. We were concerned that there were too many things for Mom to keep track of, including the large house she’d moved out of a few years earlier, which was still full of boxes, books, furniture and other belongings.
In two years’ time, Adele has improved Mom’s filing system and streamlined her accounts. Working doggedly, coming every other week, she has gone through literally hundreds of boxes of papers and memorabilia stored in the house, helping my mother identify which items to save and which to give away or shred. She’s had reusable items taken away by Habitat for Humanity, and for other, more valuable items she searched out an appraiser who could put them up for auction. She helped us identify and hire a mover to take the furniture to our respective homes, and she introduced my mother to a realtor who could lead us through the process of putting the house on the market. Adele has done what none of my siblings or I truly imagined was possible, in a much shorter time: downsize the contents of an overstuffed, cluttered five-bedroom home and get it ready to sell.

Enjoyed your e mail of June 8. I had meant to have you back after your last visit, but have been incredibly busy. It takes me such a long time to get anything done.
However, last April, our church which is right around the corner had a pod put in its parking lot. We were asked to put our donations for the grand opening of the new Re Store in it. I got Bill and my daughter involved, and we must have taken between twenty to thirty bags up to the church.
That project also encouraged us to give some of the better things such as my doll house from my childhood to people who would enjoy them. Also, Bill was lead to go through files going back to 1989 and take them to a shredding company.
This is all due to the little book that you recommended by the Japanese woman on the magic of tidying up.
I have also accomplished some small goals such as letters I have been meaning to write.
I have all these accomplishments to thank you for. I could not have done it without your teachings. There is much more to do, but at least the very worst of the clutter is gone, and I hope to rest for awhile.

Adele helped me get started organizing our paperwork, which had been piling up for over 20 years without ever being sorted in any way. It had become too hard to find things we need, and the growing pile of mail had gotten so depressing that I found it easier to just stay away from it! In two hours with Adele, I got off to a great start with very practical ideas that I could implement immediately. I’ve already got a very simple system in place for processing incoming mail, so there is no longer any buildup. I appreciated that she was very understanding and non-judgmental. When I recently moved into a rental home I had a hard time downsizing into a smaller space. On top of that I'm busy with a full time job, sports for three children, and oh yeah, I'm a single mom. I had no time or energy to face the piles of clutter and half unpacked boxes when I would return home and so I did the best thing I knew to do for me....I hired an organizer! I put off hiring an organizer for years because I know how to organize. I think most people do. Problem is we don't organize in times of stress, depression, tiredness, life change and overwhelming work load. For me it's all I can do to get through the day at times.
Adele is an acquaintance because our children go to school together. Truthfully, I hesitated to hire her out of my own embarrassment of my personal situation. Being a new home owner got 10 times easier & twice as fun, once I had a few sessions with Adele!

I became acquainted with Adele when I contacted the NAPO website. I needed help going thru my closets and making the best use of the space. A health issue rendered me practically useless to physically help. Adele was able to see the situation and take charge. She organized all of my clothes and transferred all hanging clothes to wooden hangers. She was able to make great use of the space and suggested items that would keep everything neatly organized. She had a pile of clothes that she had advice or ideas about, but wanted my feedback.

We worked with a very nice couple to get everything out of their 5 Points home so they could list the property. They had lived there for several decades. They moved into a much smaller home in the same area. This project involved filling 2 dumpsters, using our College Helpers on multiple visits to clear out 3 Attics, a large basement, 2 houses and a few storage rooms that were on the property. In addition we helped them box up items that they wanted to keep. We had our preferred Movers move them and Habitat for Humanity piked up many items.

I have to confess, I am a clutterer. My house is impossible to clean properly because I hold on to too much stuff. It's not junk. It's nice stuff and antiques. It's collectibles.
I searched for someone to help me sort and, frankly, motivate me to do it. Simple Solutions has Adele. She is well educated and helped me go through so many boxes. I was motivated.
Adele's pricing is very reasonable in comparison to other organizers. Once you hire her, she can do as little as 2 hour intervals. You know how emotionally draining this process can be. Adele knows how to read you and tell you when maybe you're ready to take a break or stop for the day.

Your work on getting Mom’s house ready to sell was invaluable and we could not have done it without you. On a short fuse, you were able to arrange getting a house- and attic full of furniture and the general collections of 50 years of things cleaned out, donated to good causes, sold, and otherwise disposed of. This was a godsend to my mother, who could not have handled all that coordination herself, and to me and my sisters, all of whom live some distance away and would have had great difficulty trying to coordinate all that long-distance.

My sister hired Adele and her company, Simple Solution Organizing, right after our mother had a stroke. We were concerned that there were too many things for Mom to keep track of, including the large house she’d moved out of a few years earlier, which was still full of boxes, books, furniture and other belongings.
In two years’ time, Adele has improved Mom’s filing system and streamlined her accounts. Working doggedly, coming every other week, she has gone through literally hundreds of boxes of papers and memorabilia stored in the house, helping my mother identify which items to save and which to give away or shred. She’s had reusable items taken away by Habitat for Humanity, and for other, more valuable items she searched out an appraiser who could put them up for auction. Enjoyed your e mail of June 8. I had meant to have you back after your last visit, but have been incredibly busy. It takes me such a long time to get anything done.
However, last April, our church which is right around the corner had a pod put in its parking lot. We were asked to put our donations for the grand opening of the new Re Store in it. I got Bill and my daughter involved, and we must have taken between twenty to thirty bags up to the church.
That project also encouraged us to give some of the better things such as my doll house from my childhood to people who would enjoy them. Also, Bill was lead to go through files going back to 1989 and take them to a shredding company.
This is all due to the little book that you recommended by the Japanese woman on the magic of tidying up.
I have also accomplished some small goals such as letters I have been meaning to write.
I have all these accomplishments to thank you for. I could not have done it without your teachings. There is much more to do, but at least the very worst of the clutter is gone, and I hope to rest for awhile.

When I recently moved into a rental home I had a hard time downsizing into a smaller space. On top of that I'm busy with a full time job, sports for three children, and oh yeah, I'm a single mom. I had no time or energy to face the piles of clutter and half unpacked boxes when I would return home and so I did the best thing I knew to do for me....I hired an organizer! I put off hiring an organizer for years because I know how to organize. I think most people do. Being a new home owner got 10 times easier & twice as fun, once I had a few sessions with Adele!

And with pictures on the walls & extra glasses, where I can find them, a last minute party doesn't equal anxiety!! I am actually LOVING sharing my home instead of being nervous about the whole process of getting ready for guests.

I became acquainted with Adele when I contacted the NAPO website. I needed help going thru my closets and making the best use of the space. A health issue rendered me practically useless to physically help. Adele was able to see the situation and take charge. She organized all of my clothes and transferred all hanging clothes to wooden hangers. She was able to make great use of the space and suggested items that would keep everything neatly organized. She had a pile of clothes that she had advice or ideas about, but wanted my feedback.
